Purizenta provides a 1-year limited warranty for Hydrogen Water Bottles purchased from the official Purizenta online store. Please note that this warranty does not apply to free gifts or promotional items.
Note: For products purchased from third-party retailers or platforms, please contact the seller directly according to their warranty policy.
The warranty period is 1 year from the date you receive the product.
Replacement products follow the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
During the warranty period, Purizenta may, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products or components with new or refurbished ones of similar functionality.
Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental or intentional damage.
Repairs do not extend or restart the warranty period.
No proof of purchase.
Lost or stolen products.
Products beyond the warranty period.
Damage caused by non-quality-related issues (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, water intrusion, misuse).
Improper handling, storage, cleaning, or use not in line with the product manual.
Deliberate damage or modification.
Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
Second-hand products.
Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, earthquakes).
Consumable parts (e.g., sealing rings, batteries) unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.

Describe the issue and provide photos or videos if possible.
Customer service will confirm and provide instructions and the warehouse return address (if applicable).
Return the product and provide the tracking number. Once received, the product will be inspected and repaired or replaced.
For valid claims within the 1-year warranty, Purizenta covers the cost of repair or replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Purizenta.
Return shipping of repaired or replacement products may be covered or shared depending on the case.
