Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

For Hydrogen Water Bottles purchased from Purizenta, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Depending on the case, you may receive a refund or a replacement.


Return & Refund Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, order number, order confirmation email).

  • Returns must include all accessories and gifts, in new or unopened condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Non-quality-related returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the product price will be issued once the warehouse confirms receipt.

  • Quality-related returns: Purizenta will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.


Return & Refund Process

  1. Provide your order number.

  2. If related to a quality issue, send a description, photo, or video of the problem.

  3. Customer service will reply within 24 working hours and provide the return address or a prepaid label.

  4. Ship the product back and provide the tracking number. Once received, a refund or replacement will be processed within 1–2 working days.

Note: For items not purchased directly from the Purizenta online store, please contact the original retailer for return or refund.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact sales@purizenta.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders that have already shipped (tracking number issued or status marked as “Complete”) usually cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, you may still return it within the 30-day return period.


Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 working days after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item.

  • The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Beyond 30 Days

  • Non-quality-related issues: Refunds are not available beyond 30 days.

  • Quality-related issues: After 30 days, you may still contact Purizenta for support (such as warranty service), but you may be responsible for shipping costs.
