Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: Except for pre-orders, we process and ship within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Pre-Orders: Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within 1–2 working days and notify you via email.


Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 1–2 working days.

  • You can track your shipment at 17TRACK using your tracking number.

  • If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still have not received it, contact us at sales@purizenta.com.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

  • Europe: Most European countries (exceptions: Iceland)

  • Asia: Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia

Carriers may include FBA/DHL Express, USPS, Canada Post, or other reliable shipping services.


Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered on all orders.

  • Customs/Duties: For international shipments, additional duties, VAT, or brokerage fees may apply depending on local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days.

  • Shipping time: Usually 3–15 working days depending on destination and local conditions.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local holidays, weather, customs clearance, or other factors.

  • If no tracking updates appear for 30 days, we will arrange a reshipment at no additional cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact us at sales@purizenta.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Provide your order number and request details (address change or cancellation).

  • We will confirm and process within 1–2 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

  • Once shipped, orders usually cannot be changed or canceled. You may request a return after receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your address at checkout.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1–2 working days. You may:

  • Wait for restock

  • Accept an alternative product

  • Or request a full refund
